1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Post Reaction desktop application ("the Application") provided by Post Reaction ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Application.

2. Application Description

Post Reaction uses AI to simulate how real people with different personalities would react to your social media posts. You input two versions of your content, and our AI bots with unique personas will react by commenting, liking, sharing, or bookmarking each version. This helps you predict which version of your content will perform better before publishing.

3. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal or business use. The free version gives you access to 10 AI bots and supports only Ollama and LM Studio models. The Plus version ($10 one-time purchase) unlocks 100 AI bots and supports all LLMs. The Pro version ($50) gives you access to 1000 AI bots, all LLM support, and advanced features. All versions allow unlimited posts and provide detailed interaction metrics.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

Privacy is our priority. Your content never leaves your device unless you choose to use cloud-based LLMs. The app runs locally on your machine, ensuring your posts and data remain private. This approach not only protects your privacy but also provides faster performance since everything is processed offline on your computer. When using cloud-based language models such as OpenAI or Anthropic, your content will be processed according to their privacy policies.

5. User Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application; (c) sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Application; (d) use the Application for any illegal purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Application; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application.

6. Supported Models

Post Reaction supports a wide range of language models including DeepSeek, OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), xAI (Grok), Ollama, and LM Studio. You can also integrate custom models if you have specific requirements. The use of these third-party models is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Accuracy and Predictions

While no AI can predict human behavior with 100% accuracy, Post Reaction uses a sophisticated way to simulate diverse audience reactions. The relative performance between post versions can help guide content decisions by highlighting potential strengths and weaknesses in different approaches. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions or their impact on your actual social media performance.

8. Payment and Refunds

Post Reaction offers two paid versions: Plus ($10) and Pro ($50), both as one-time purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Modifications to the Application and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof at any time. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.
